Omega In‑Home Service is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. The RN will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality, person-centered care for clients in their homes. This position focuses on clinical oversight, assessments, care planning, caregiver support, and maintaining compliance with state regulations. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, and passionate about helping individuals maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive initial assessments, reassessments, and supervisory visits in accordance with state guidelines.
- Develop, update, and maintain individualized care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to caregivers, CNAs, and office staff.
- Monitor client progress, document changes, and communicate updates promptly.
- Ensure all care delivered meets Omega’s standards of excellence and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with families, physicians, and external partners to coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold confidentiality at all times.
- Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Respond to urgent client needs, incidents, or changes in condition with professionalism and sound clinical judgment.
- Support onboarding and training of caregivers as needed.
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
