NBT Enterprises is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Sales to join our growing team. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, presenting solutions, and supporting overall sales growth in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
No prior sales experience is required — we provide paid training and ongoing coaching to support your success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person meetings with prospective customers to present products and services
- Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outreach
- Build and maintain professional relationships by understanding customer needs
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations
- Assist with pricing discussions and support the sales closing process
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet individual and team goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software
Qualifications
- Strong interest in sales, communication, or customer-facing roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with customers in person and by phone
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is a plus, but not required
