As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you'll begin with sales training and promote AT&T Fiber as the smart connectivity choice. The Entry Level Assistant Manager will then engage with our customers in person to discuss how fiber can support their lifestyle and entertainment needs. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Assistant Manager
- Lead by example by engaging our customers in person and recommending AT&T Fiber plans optimized for high-bandwidth, multi-device households.
- Coach team members on effective ways to present AT&T Fiber speeds, reliability, and performance during customer conversations.
- Support sales growth by overseeing team interactions and helping associates guide customers toward suitable AT&T Fiber solutions.
- Identify coaching opportunities while personally demonstrating how AT&T Fiber delivers consistent speeds for streaming and smart home devices.
- Promote AT&T Fiber bundles and high-speed options to both customers and the team to drive overall sales performance.
- Excel as an Entry Level Assistant Manager by combining hands-on customer engagement with effective team leadership for AT&T Fiber success.
Qualifications of the Entry Level Assistant Manager
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Interest in sales or management is a plus, but not required.
- Organized with good operational and sales performance tracking skills.
- Eager to learn and take on increasing sales or management responsibility.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
