Ashton Grove Senior Living, a premier Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living community in Georgetown, Kentucky, is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead operations, inspire teams, drive occupancy growth, and enhance the resident experience.
As part of Continental Senior Communities, you'll have the support of an engaged support team, while maintaining the autonomy to lead your community and make meaningful improvements.
We are looking for an Executive Director with five years experience in the role, enjoys fostering a vibrant culture, developing teams, and creating exceptional outcomes for residents, families, and staff.
What You'll Do
- Lead all day-to-day operations for a thriving Assisted Living and Memory Care community
- Build, coach, and mentor department leaders and community staff
- Partner closely with sales and marketing to drive occupancy and census growth
- Foster a positive, accountable, and resident-centered culture
- Ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and strategic initiatives
- Strengthen relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community partners
What We're Looking For
- Executive Director experience in Senior Living
- Strong Assisted Living and Memory Care operational leadership
- Proven success improving occupancy, census, and resident satisfaction
- Experience building and retaining high-performing teams
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Knowledge of state regulations and senior living operations
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
