Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm
Part-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00am-2:00pm

We can teach ABA skills and procedures. We’re looking for someone who already brings the energy, heart, initiative, and personality needed to make a real impact.
What We Offer:
- More Hours, More Pay: 35-40 hours per week as full-time RBT. 25-27 hours per week as a part-time RBT. [with options for coverage for additional hours]

What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD under BCBA supervision in clinic and school settings.
- Implement personalized skill-building programs.
- Track and document child progress using online data tools.
- Write detailed session notes to document progress and session details.
Requirements to Apply:
- Completed 40-hour RBT Training Certificate [Must be 2026 3rd edition course]
- Associates degree and on track to completing a Bachelor's
- Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
- Fluent in spoken and written English; able to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, families, and team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active RBT Certification
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, behavioral neuroscience, or related field
- Professional experience working with children
