Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will craft exceptional drinks, provide outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. As a key member of our team, you will ensure smooth operations by managing multiple responsibilities with efficiency and professionalism.
WEEKENDS AND NIGHTS REQUIRED - potential to pick up shifts- work doubles. Holidays required- we are open every day except thanksgiving!!
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Engage with guests warmly, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, ensuring accurate transactions and balanced registers.
- Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, checking IDs and enforcing legal drinking age policies.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle busy periods while maintaining high-quality service levels.
- Uphold all health and safety regulations related to food safety, food handling, and responsible serving practices in both nightclub and restaurant settings.

- Contribute to a lively atmosphere by brewing or mixing specialty drinks that excite guests’ palates.
Experience
- Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Flexibility to Serve in the dining room is required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks through strong time management skills in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in food service or food industry roles that involve serving beverages or catering functions is advantageous.
- Knowledge of retail math, basic math skills, and cash handling procedures necessary for accurate transactions.
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and create welcoming atmospheres.

Pay: $18.00 - $50.00 per hour
