- Service residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance / service at customer locations.
- Perform site surveys, modifications and repairs to HVAC commercial / industrial equipment.
- Accurately communicate and discuss work performed with customers and internal management.
- Turn in all required reports in a timely manner.
- ---Must be willing to have Weekend On Call rotation.---

Work Environment :
Position is in an outdoor setting that involves everyday risks or discomforts requiring normal safety precautions. Position is responsible to respond immediately to emergency situations which may include after normal operating hours and/or weekends. This position will be on a rotating, on call schedule. We work on our system constantly to improve things for everyone, this may mean learning new systems and adapting to the ways of business.

Minimum Requirements:
Ability to trouble shoot equipment and diagnose what parts are needed for field repairs.
Ability to operate advanced hand tools common to HVAC testing and repair.
Ability to do retrofit change-outs and return the area to its original appearance.
Ability to read and understand service manuals and related documents.
Demonstrate superior customer service skills and have ability to communicate clearly by voice, phone, digital programs, etc
EPA Certified & Licensed
NATE Certified & Licensed
Demonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes.
Ability to work from 32' extension ladder and 12' step ladder.
Minimum 3 years HVAC service experience, preferably 10 years HVAC service experience.
Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
