In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive outstanding service and support while contributing to our mission of delivering delicious meals with a smile.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly.
- Provide accurate information regarding menu items, promotions, and services.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Process orders efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
- Assist in training new staff on customer service protocols.
- Contribute to a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
