We are seeking a Licensed Behavioral Therapist (BCBA) or ABA Assistant to provide high-quality, home-based behavioral therapy services to individuals with special needs. This position is ideal for clinicians who value flexibility, autonomy, and client-centered care while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
ABA Assistants must have an approved supervisor to sign off on clinical hours.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position ideal for therapists who value flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful one-on-one work with clients and families.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in client homes
- Conduct behavioral assessments, data collection, and ongoing progress monitoring
- Implement treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to support carryover of skills
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and professional standards
- Communicate effectively with supervising BCBA (if applicable) and interdisciplinary team members
- Adhere to all state, BACB, and ethical guidelines
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work independently in a home-based setting
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Background check clearance
- Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
