Position: Senior Strategic Analytics & Intelligence Analyst
Reports to: Chief Technology Officer
Senior Strategic Analytics & Intelligence Analyst
Help shape the future of a mission-driven organization serving people with vision loss.
At Hadley, we're on an ambitious journey toward our North Star goal: serving 1,000,000 members. To get there, we need more than data—we need insight, curiosity, and strategic thinking.
We're seeking a Senior Strategic Analytics & Intelligence Analyst who thrives on solving complex organizational challenges, uncovering hidden patterns, and helping leaders make smarter decisions through data, technology, and critical thinking.
This isn't a traditional reporting role.
We're looking for someone who naturally asks questions others don't think to ask. Someone who digs beneath the surface to understand why things happen, not just what happened. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you'll serve as a strategic thought partner to leadership and a bridge between organizational strategy, technology systems, and data-driven decision-making.
If you're energized by turning complexity into clarity, leveraging AI and analytics to drive impact, and helping a mission-driven organization scale, we'd love to hear from you.
