Landscape Construction Associate
Position Overview
As the Landscape Construction Associate, you will work to build landscape construction projects from start to finish, ensuring the highest quality of work and client satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on associate with a passion for the landscape construction industry, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to craft beautiful outdoor spaces. The individual should demonstrate key qualities of being humble, hungry, and smart. You'll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is a year-round, full-time position.
The Landscape Construction Associate reports to the Design and Build Project Manager.
Responsibilities
- Efficient Execution: Complete work effectively to optimize productivity and ensure projects are completed within deadlines and budgets.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain rigorous quality standards, ensuring all work meets the company’s specifications and exceeds client expectations.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate, identify, and resolve job site issues or challenges that may arise to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with foreman and other associates to ensure alignment on project goals and client vision.
Results
- On-Time Project Completion: Landscape construction projects are completed within set deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure all projects meet or exceed their expectations.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement innovative practices and techniques to improve overall operational effectiveness and construction quality.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in landscape construction.
- Familiar with the landscape construction processes, including paver patios, stamped concrete, retaining walls, lighting systems, planting, and other hardscape, softscape and snow management tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of equipment operation, safety protocols, and industry standards.
- Commitment to embodying the ideal team player characteristics as outlined by Patrick Lencioni.
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
