Edgewater Technical Associates is seeking qualified candidates for a Senior Project Manager Support Professional (SME IV) opportunity to support the Savannah River Site.

Senior Project Manager Support Professional (SME IV)-
Provide senior-level project management and technical support for complex Operations & Facilities initiatives supporting DOE operations. Serve as a technical advisor to management by leading project planning, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, resolving technical issues, and ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with DOE requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate complex engineering, operations, and facility projects.
- Provide technical guidance on project planning, execution, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate engineering, operations, maintenance, safety, and quality organizations to achieve project objectives.
- Support facility improvements, infrastructure upgrades, operational readiness, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with DOE requirements, quality standards, and safety management programs.
- Develop project documentation, reports, schedules, and executive briefings.
- Identify opportunities to improve project performance, reduce risk, and increase operational efficiency.
Required Education/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Science, Geology, or related technical discipline. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 20 years of experience supporting DOE, National Laboratory, nuclear, or other highly regulated technical environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex technical projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of DOE operations, nuclear safety, quality assurance, project management, and engineering management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
