Candidates must have flexible availability Monday - Friday.
Spanish-speaking is required for this position
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for physical therapy treatments and assist Physical Therapists and PT Assistants during sessions.
- Safeguard and assist patients with therapeutic exercises and functional activities under professional supervision.
- Escort patients to and from treatment areas and ensure their needs are met before and after therapy sessions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment by completing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
- Assist patients with scheduling and completing paperwork
- Monitor and ensure clinic safety through the completion of risk management checklists.
- Organize supplies and reorder as needed.
- Foster a positive, welcoming atmosphere by communicating effectively and maintaining friendly relationships with patients and coworkers.
- Consistently exceed patient expectations by providing high-quality care in a friendly and encouraging environment.
Requirements:
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Physical Therapy field
