Job Overview
Gillmann Services is hiring an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager in Columbus, Ohio.
We are looking for a strong Project Manager with 5+ years of commercial construction experience who can manage projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has experience managing commercial construction projects ranging from $1 million to $20 million.

Pay
$105,000–$135,000 per year, based on experience.
What You Will Do
- Manage commercial construction projects from startup through completion.
- Handle project setup, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, documentation, and closeout.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, including Superintendents, Project Engineers, subcontractors, and trade partners.
- Manage project budgets and make sure costs stay under control.
- Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and productivity.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and schedules.
- Identify and resolve project issues before they become problems.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and trade partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
- Experience managing commercial construction projects valued at $1M–$20M.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing subcontractors and project teams.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
Pay: $105,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
