Duties
- Clean and disinfect exam rooms thoroughly, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Perform window cleaning and floor care to uphold high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
- Handle laundry services, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently.
- Maintaining cleaning medical equipment and supplies and all computer related tools to reset conditions daily.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring all tools are in good working condition and properly stored.
- Conduct janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing amenities to provide a comfortable stay for guests.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately during cleaning procedures to ensure safety and infection control.
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks like moving furniture or supplies safely while adhering to manual handling protocols.
- Execute pressure washing or exterior cleaning as needed to maintain the property's exterior appearance.
- Follow all chemical handling guidelines for cleaning agents to ensure safe use and environmental compliance.
- Support custodial activities across various areas of the property, ensuring consistent sanitation standards are met.
Qualifications
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred, especially in commercial or hospitality settings.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including window cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and infection control measures.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, pressure washers, buffers, and chemical dispensers.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly approach towards guests and team members.
- Experience with laundry services and proper chemical handling procedures is advantageous.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment through proper PPE use and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
