What You'll Do
As an LPN, you'll play a vital role in creating an outstanding patient experience by:
- Welcoming and preparing patients for their appointments
- Recording vital signs and documenting patient information
- Performing blood draws and specimen collection
- Administering medications as directed
- Assisting providers during gynecologic and medical aesthetic procedures
- Educating patients on treatments, medications, and procedures
- Supporting efficient clinic flow and provider schedules
- Assisting with front office responsibilities when needed
- Helping maintain a clean, organized, patient-focused clinic environment
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who has:
- Active LPN licensure in South Dakota
- Strong phlebotomy (blood draw) experience
- Outstanding communication and patient education skills
- A positive, team-first attitude
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Experience with electronic medical records (AdvancedMD experience is a plus)
- A passion for delivering exceptional patient care
