Customer Service Representative
We are searching for qualified customer service reps with personality and people skills. As part of our crew, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating all equipment
- Stocking ingredients from the delivery area to the storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
- Preparing products
- Receiving and processing telephone orders
- Taking inventory and completing associated paperwork
- Cleaning equipment and facility approximately daily

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to meet their needs effectively
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Assist customers with product demos and upselling opportunities to enhance their shopping experience
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stock replenishment
- Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring products are organized and accessible for shoppers
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and teamwork skills
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred, especially in grocery store environments
- Strong communication skills and bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math for accurate transactions
- Experience supervising or leading a team is advantageous but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate loads throughout shifts
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to assisting shoppers
- Basic math skills for managing transactions and inventory counts

Pay: $15.92 - $20.00 per hour
