Switch Lights is hiring a confident, motivated salesperson to generate and close commercial Christmas-lighting projects.
This is a straight-commission position:
- 10% commission on company-provided leads
- 15% commission on self-generated leads
Christmas lighting has extremely high seasonal demand, creating an opportunity to earn strong commissions in a short period.
This opportunity is ideal if you’re already working in sales and want to earn additional income during the busy holiday season.
Your primary focus will be commercial door knocking and prospecting businesses such as:
- Restaurants and retail stores
- Hotels and event venues
- Offices and shopping centers
- Apartment communities and HOAs
- Property-management companies
- Churches and other commercial properties
Responsibilities:
- Visit local businesses and speak with owners or managers
- Generate your own commercial leads
- Schedule consultations and provide estimates
- Help customers select lighting designs and packages
- Follow up consistently and close sales
- Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM
What we’re looking for:
- Currently working in sales is strongly preferred
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable door knocking
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Comfortable working on straight commission
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Previous outside-sales experience preferred
We provide product training, sales materials, pricing support, and a professional installation team. You focus on finding customers and closing deals—we handle the installation.
