Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create visually compelling designs that communicate our brand message across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate has strong design skills, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visuals. The Graphic Designer position has a starting salary of $45,000 per year with PTO, 3 paid holidays and 401 K and matching!
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for marketing materials, social media, websites, advertisements, and presentations
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure brand consistency
- Design logos, brochures, flyers, banners, email templates, and other promotional materials
- Edit and refine designs based on feedback
- Prepare final artwork for print or digital publication
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 or more year of experience
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Attention to detail and strong time-management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
