Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, self-driven In-Home Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will meet with clients in their homes to assess their needs and present life insurance solutions tailored to their situations. This is a high-earning, performance-based opportunity with unlimited income potential for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home appointments with prospective and existing clients to present and sell life insurance products Build trust and long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional, personalized service Consistently meet or exceed personal sales goals and performance targets Manage your own schedule and prioritize appointments to maximize productivity Maintain accurate client records and follow up as needed Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and mentorship sessions
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (any industry considered) Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently Reliable transportation and willingness to conduct in-home visits Life insurance license preferred — candidates without a license are encouraged to apply as we will assist you in obtaining one Immediate placement available for currently licensed candidates
