Provides technical support for multimedia production and audio/visual equipment used in meetings, presentations, training events, and teleconferences. Interprets customer requirements and ensures content accuracy, completeness, and proper classification.

Set up, operate, and maintain audio and visual equipment including microphones, video screens, projectors, monitors, and recording systems for meetings, presentations, training, and teleconferences.

Test multimedia equipment to ensure safe and proper working condition prior to use.

Interpret customer requirements and project complexity to determine appropriate resources needed for timely, accurate support.

Advise customers on proper approach, product type, and methodology; propose alternative approaches and mediums as appropriate.

Test integrated content on various platforms and networks to ensure quality of viewing, interactivity, and audio/video.

Review content with customers and appropriate personnel to ensure accuracy, completeness, and correct classification and controls for distribution.
Education and Experience Requirements
Candidates must meet the following minimum education and relevant experience combinations by level:

HS/GED + 6 years experience

Bachelor's + 2 years experience
