We are seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, commercial HVAC experience, and the ability to manage crews, schedules, and jobsite coordination while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead HVAC field crews on commercial projects
- Coordinate daily jobsite activities with project managers and other trades
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and submittals
- Oversee installation of ductwork, equipment, piping, and HVAC systems
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code
- Manage manpower, materials, and job progress
- Conduct quality control and maintain project schedules
- Communicate effectively with contractors, inspectors, and team members
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of commercial HVAC experience
- Prior foreman or leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices
- Ability to read blueprints and coordinate field layout
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- OSHA certification preferred
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
