Coastal Carolina Health Care (CCHC) is seeking a Part-Time Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our New Bern Internal Medicine Specialists team, supporting Endocrinology.
This remote position is ideal for a detail-oriented CMA with strong communication and organizational skills who enjoys working behind the scenes to support patient care.

Position Summary
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and assist with high-volume Epic In-Basket by reviewing patient messages, communicating with patients, processing requests, and ensuring timely follow-up under the provider's direction.
Qualifications
- Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required.
- Epic experience preferred
- Strong computer, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
