What You’ll Do

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, personal hygiene, oral care, skin and nail care, and hand hygiene

Help residents feel comfortable and oriented by providing a welcoming, home-like environment

Serve meals and assist with food and fluid intake as needed

Provide emotional support, encouragement, and companionship to residents

Work collaboratively with the care team under the direction of the charge nurse

Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life for every resident
What You’ll Need

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure

Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
