Bonus if You Have:
- Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, functional wellness, or luxury hospitality
- Familiarity with EMR software, intake coordination, and scheduling workflows
- Comfort assisting with light social media (IG stories, photo content, patient features)
What You’ll Do:
- Manage phones, appointments, and front office flow
- Welcome patients warmly, keep them informed, and elevate their experience
- Coordinate intake, treatment timing, and team communication
- Maintain a clean, calm, and brand-aligned environment
- Support the clinical team as needed
