Eagle Country Ford is looking for a self-motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Parts Counter Sales Representative to join our team. This position works closely with the Parts Manager to help run the parts department while providing outstanding service to technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts.

Responsibilities
A qualified applicant will be able to:
- Work with the Parts Manager to help run the parts department
- Receive, count, and properly store all incoming merchandise
- Stock and restock parts bins and inventory locations
- Advise the Parts Manager of inventory and stock requirements
- Issue parts and accessories to technicians in a timely manner
- Fill parts and accessory sales for retail and wholesale customers
- Process shipping, receiving, invoicing, and billing to properly track inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory records for sold and received parts and accessories
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean workspace
- Work and communicate effectively with coworkers and customers
- Use computer programs proficiently to complete daily tasks (training provided for dealership software)
Qualifications
A qualified applicant must have:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Parts experience preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Computer proficiency
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
