An Ownership Stake, Not a Staff NP Job
Longiva is an established IV therapy, longevity, and medical weight-loss practice on Florida’s Gulf Coast, with two clinic locations in the Sarasota / Longboat Key area. We are looking for one APRN (formerly ARNP) to lead the practice clinically — and we are prepared to make that person an owner.
This is not a staff nurse practitioner opening. Alongside the /hour rate, the selected APRN is offered profit sharing and/or an equity ownership stake in the practice, negotiated individually. If you have wanted to own a clinic but not to build one from zero — sign the leases, buy the equipment, recruit the patients, write the protocols — this is that path, already de-risked.
Why This Practice Is Worth Your Name
- Turnkey and running. Two built-out clinics, fully equipped treatment space, and a live practice-management platform already configured for scheduling, charting, and patient follow-up. Nothing to stand up.
- Patients already in the door. An established book of returning patients and a strong five-star local reputation. You inherit demand instead of chasing it.
- Clinical IP, documented. A full library of IV formulations, preparation and mixing guides, SOPs, and treatment protocols across longevity, medical weight loss, wellness infusion, and supportive care.
- Ownership that is real. Profit share and equity mean the patients you retain and the protocols you build show up in what you earn.
- Part-time hours, principal-level scope. 24–26 hours a week carrying the authority of an owner — built for an APRN who wants scope without a 50-hour clinical grind.
- Growth already mapped. Corporate and country-club partnership channels, a second location to scale into, and additional service lines ready to launch under the right provider.
