Schedule: Full-Time: Monday – Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM
Some Job Responsibilities:

Building Maintenance and repair work, assigned preventive maintenance routines and safety checklists, work orders.

Responsible for; sheet rocking, spackling, painting, carpentry, minor electrical and plumbing maintenance, repair work in both commercial and residential settings.

Able to use; hand tools, power tools.

Participation in snow removal activities and must be available for all weather related or physical plant emergencies.

Landscaping and grounds keeping as assigned.
Job Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Valid NYS driver’s license.

Must be able to work independently.

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Able to work well with others and as a team member.

Must be dependable. Must be able to take an assigned project from start to finish.

Able to lift 50 pounds

Must be able to perform physical activities such as (but not limited to); twisting, bending, crouching, pulling, pushing, walking up and down stair cases.
