Fast pace growing property management company that has over 300 rental properties between New Castle County, Delaware and Cecil County, Maryland, in search of a Full Time Maintenance Worker. Someone with great customer service skills and a few years of experience in a maintenance/construction field. A company truck is provided.
Maintenance Worker
Administrative:
- Communicate with the administrators to discuss day to day service calls for occupied rental properties.
- Discuss and create work orders for turnovers when tenants move out.
- Keep track of hours and materials used on the job.
- Meet with the owner weekly to go over work orders and pricing.
Maintenance Skills:
- Painting
- Drywall Install
- Framing
- Window Insulation
- Cabinet Insulation
- Installing laminate and vinyl flooring is a plus
- HVAC: Replacing filters
- Plumbing: Replacing toilets, flappers, wax rings, shower heads, etc.
- Electrical: Replacing outlets, switch place covers, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Work Location: On the road
