Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and cleaning equipment to ensure safe and hygienic environments.
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care.
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, carpet cleaning, and polishing to keep floors looking pristine.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Use janitorial and custodial experience to maintain cleanliness across various surfaces and outdoor areas when required.Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and hotel housekeeping standards is a plus.
