The Food Expeditor (Expo) plays a vital role in connecting the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure every dish meets our standards of quality, accuracy, and timing. Acting as the communication hub between cooks, servers, and runners, the Expo ensures that food is prepared, plated, and delivered efficiently and beautifully.
