Flexaseal Engineered Seals and Systems, LLC, is a worldwide systems and mechanical seal manufacturer with facilities in Vermont, New York, Washington, Louisiana, Texas and Brazil. After 40 years, Flexaseal is continuing to grow with sales agents and distributors servicing over 50 countries. We are seeking a full-time CNC Machinist to join our team!
Operators would be responsible for setting up, running and monitoring the production of parts including completing in process paperwork. Operators will work closely with CNC Programmers verifying dimensional conformance by reviewing prints, sketches and set-up sheets. This requires independent problem-solving abilities while concurrently communicating updates and needs to other members of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Setup and operate CNC machine
- Verify dimensional conformance of products
- Maintain and manage tooling and other machine accessories
- Work with other machinists and workers on the production floor to maintain quality standards
- Perform other CNC Machinist duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as a CNC Machinist (Mill or Lathe)
- Experience with machining chuck held, thin walled, and/or high nickel alloy parts is preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to perform moderate lifting of materials (around 25 lbs.), sit, stand, climb and bend on a regular basis

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
