What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Clean driving record
- Customer-service mindset
- Sales confidence without being pushy
- Positive attitude and team mentality
- Ability to perform in a performance-driven environment
