Overview
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
(BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will assess, develop, and oversee Applied
Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs to address socially significant behaviors. You will
collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful
outcomes.
Responsibilities
Work in person 3 days a week, 2 days virtually (consistent hybrid schedule)
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills
Solutions, etc.) to identify the needs of clients.
Develop and implement individualized, research-based Behavior
Intervention Plans tailored to each child's unique challenges.
Train and support parents and caregivers weekly in implementing strategies
at home.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing
assessments.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for
clients through weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings.
Provide supervision and support to interns and BT/RBTs working within
different environments.
Insurance correspondence (pre-authorization requests).
Safety management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), to identify underlying causes of behaviors and inform intervention strategies
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Collect and analyze data meticulously to measure client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions to children and individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental disorders
- Offer clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians, caregivers, educators, and family members to ensure consistency in intervention delivery
- Perform patient assessments, intake evaluations, and diagnostic evaluations to establish baseline functioning and treatment goals
- Maintain detailed medical documentation, medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for client confidentiality
Requirements
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis is required.
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental
- disabilities, particularly autism.
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and techniques.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective interaction with
- families and team members.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality.
- Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active.

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
