KittyHawk is looking for a Web Producer with extensive experience managing content for a large website. The Web Producer will be responsible for managing content in content management systems, as well as editing, and placing digital assets / elements on the site. They will need to work closely with designers, as well as content and marketing specialists. This role requires a hands-on approach to content development and updates, as well as collaboration with developers to help resolve and troubleshoot issues.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage content updates and selection to ensure current and engaging website information.
- Work closely with development teams to address and troubleshoot website issues.
- Utilize project management tools to ensure smooth production processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extensive experience with CMSs, both traditional and headless.
- 3+ years of Project Management experience supporting software development projects.
- Strong experience working with Atlassian tools including Jira, Jira Service Desk, Confluence, and Github.
- Expert knowledge of image editing software, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Mainly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator).
- Adapt imagery to meet responsive needs.
- Excellent communication skills in person and in writing.
- Develop and monitor content for brand voice, style, and tone; craft, edit, and proofread content before delivery.
- Technical experience managing data is a plus.
- Software development experience is a plus.
- US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
