IT Company / Managed Service Provider currently seeking a dedicated, part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. Candidates will be based out of our Midland Park, NJ office and will be responsible for answering incoming “help desk” calls, creating IT support tickets, assistance with monthly invoicing, clerical and data entry assignments, ordering supplies, as well as other light office admin work.
Eventually the duties may expand to IT equipment ordering and IT hardware quote creation.
Primary Responsibilities –
- Answering incoming help desk calls
- Creating IT Support Tickets
- Answering customer service inquiries
- Assistance with monthly client invoicing
- Clerical and data entry
- Ordering office supplies
- Receiving shipments

Requirements –
- Reliability
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and tact
- Well-organized
- Forward thinking, pro-active
- Works well with a wide range of individuals and work styles

- Some IT/Technology knowledge
