The Role
This is a role that combines accounting, construction administration, and office operations. If you enjoy variety, staying organized, and being the person who “keeps the boat headed in the right direction,” this role is built for you.
You’ll work directly with leadership and play a key role in supporting both financial operations and day-to-day business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting
- Process vendor invoices using payables software
- Assist with vendor documentation (lien waivers, W-9’s, insurance, compliance)
- Manage company credit card receipts and coding (with software)
- Support billing documentation along with collections outreach
- Assist with basic month-end accounting tasks
Construction Administration
- Complete credit applications and vendor onboarding
- Maintain certificates of insurance (COIs)
- Assist with prequalification packages and job documentation
- Track licenses, registrations, and renewals for cities & states
- Support project-related purchasing & administrative needs
Office & Operational Support
- Handle incoming mail, calls, and office coordination
- Order office supplies and manage vendors
- Provide administrative support to ownership as needed
- Notary services (preferred or willingness to obtain)
- General problem-solving to keep the office running efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7 years of experience in accounting support, construction admin, and office operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable learning and using new technology (AP systems, expense tools)
- Self-starter who doesn’t need constant direction
- Professional and service-oriented mindset
Preferred (Not Required)
- Construction or contractor experience
- Experience with accounting & AP software
- Notary license (or willingness to obtain)

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay equivalent to $60,000 - $70,000 annually depending on experience
