The Position:
We are looking to expand our private practice by adding Mental Health Therapists (LAC, LAMFT, LMSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology, counseling, and/or social work, as well as experience working with individuals and families. The successful candidate will be able to create an environment of trust and understanding while providing therapeutic interventions that are tailored to the individual needs of each client. We are in need of therapists that work as independent contractors who can commit to a minimum of 20 hours a week of direct client contact work.*****We support flexible work schedules with the option to do telehealth but we are in need of someone to work in office at least 2-3 days a week.. If you are looking to be fully remote providing telehealth, then we are not the right fit at this time. We also would love to have applicants who enjoy working with couples and children (10 years and younger)!!*****

Expectations and Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Current and unrestricted license through AZBBHE (LAC, LMSW, or LAMFT)
- Can commit to 20 hours of client contact per week
- Client outreach and coordination regarding services
- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
- Conduct intake assessments and appropriately diagnose
- Develop and implement treatment plans for clients.
- Conduct psychological assessments and provide feedback to clients.
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
- Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate services for clients.
- Document client progress and treatment plans.
- Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Attend individual and group supervisions
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $78.00 per hour
