Position Type: Part-Time (based on availability)
Schedule: AM and PM shifts available
Pay: Hourly + tips (competitive earning potential)
Additional Earnings: Event shifts and support roles available with expanded compensationAbout the RoleHunting Hills Country Club is seeking professional, reliable, and service-oriented Restaurant Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in hospitality, enjoy working in a team-driven environment, and value consistency and growth.Our service style blends traditional restaurant service with the elevated expectations of a private club.Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to members and guests
- Greet tables promptly and guide guests through menus and beverage options
- Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
- Maintain proper table pacing and service flow
- Communicate clearly with kitchen, bar, and support staff
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Follow established service standards, steps of service, and procedures
- Assist with side work, cleanliness, and closing duties
- Uphold all food safety and alcohol service guidelines
Events & Support OpportunitiesIn addition to regular dining room service, this position may also assist with:
- Banquet and private event service (weddings, member events, golf outings)
- Event shifts offer expanded compensation and additional earning opportunities
- Support roles such as:
- Food runner
- Host / hosting support
These opportunities provide extra hours, variety in work, and additional income beyond standard serving shifts.Experience & Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
- Experience in a country club, restaurant, banquet, or event setting is a plus
- Ability to provide professional, polished service in a member-focused environment
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy service periods
- Willingness to learn and follow established service standards
- Bartending experience or interest is a plus, but not required
Availability Requirements
- AM and/or PM availability required
- Nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Flexible availability strongly preferred
