Member Experience Manager Description:
We are seeking a people-driven leader to join our team as a Member Experience Manager. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic communicator and relationship-builder who thrives in a community-focused environment. In this role, you will drive membership growth by providing information on credit union products and services to potential members at their worksite, cultivate meaningful relationships, and deliver an exceptional experience to current and prospective members across every touchpoint. You will align sales strategy with the credit union's goals.
Member Experience Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, or equivalent years of experience preferred.
- One year of financial institution experience preferred.
- Two years of supervisory experience required, preferably in a sales environment.
- Two years of general sales or membership development in a service-related organization required.
- Must have daily access to a reliable and insured automobile
- Must possess a valid driver’s license

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
