Ideal candidates must have experience in medical malpractice, healthcare and/or personal injury. Hybrid and remote options available. Ideal candidates must possess the following experience:
- Superior communication, writing and verbal skills
- Ability to handle all phases of litigation
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Prepare Pleadings; draft discovery demands
- Effective representation at court appearances
- Prepare detailed reports to carriers
- Draft and respond to complex motions; summary judgment
- Manage discovery and assist with trial preparation
- Review medical records and prepare chronologies and summaries
- Meet with physicians and experts
- Trials (1st or 2nd seat)
