Location: Alamogordo, New Mexico
Job Type: Full-Time
1. Mandatory Requirements to Apply
- Gastroenterology fellowship training required.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology required.
- Active medical license required; physicians currently in the licensing process will also be considered.
- Qualified physicians must be prepared to practice as the primary permanent Gastroenterology provider.
- New graduates are welcome with the confidence and clinical ability to practice independently.
2. Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient Gastroenterology care in an established practice setting.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a broad range of gastrointestinal and digestive disorders.
- Perform and/or utilize advanced GI services and procedural capabilities appropriate to training and privileges.
- Collaborate with an established support team, including 1 NP, 1 RN, and 1 office coordinator.
- Participate in shared call responsibilities while maintaining a Monday–Friday clinical schedule.
