Full-Time Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
VIGEO Home Health is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for skilled home health visits across Fairfax, Loudoun, and Arlington Counties. This is a full-time, visit-based role with a target of 30 visits per week.
This role welcomes early-career nurses and nurses newer to home health who want structured field experience, steady patient contact, and a fast-paced environment to develop clinical confidence. You will receive onboarding, EMR training, competency support, and guidance from clinical leadership while strengthening skills in home health documentation, patient education, medication teaching, wound care, and compression wrapping.
Pay
- Visit-based compensation generally starts around $55 per visit and may average up to about $65 per visit based on experience, licensure, schedule, and visit type
- At 30 visits per week, this is approximately $1,650 to $1,950 per week, or $85,800 to $101,400 annualized
- Mileage reimbursement
- Possible vehicle support or company vehicle package for qualified candidates, if approved
- Territory-based scheduling across Fairfax, Loudoun, and Arlington Counties
- Supportive clinical leadership, onboarding, EMR training, and ongoing competency/compliance training

What You'll Do
- Provide skilled nursing visits in patients' homes within LPN scope and the Plan of Care
- Complete treatments, wound care, compression wrapping, medication teaching, and patient/caregiver education
- Document visits accurately and timely in the EMR
- Communicate patient updates and changes in condition with the clinical team
- Follow Medicare, HIPAA, CHAP, infection control, and Virginia Board standards
Requirements
- Active Virginia LPN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to travel to patient homes in Fairfax, Loudoun, and Arlington Counties
- Ability to complete VIGEO onboarding, competency validation, EMR training, and required clinical/compliance training
Strongly Preferred
- Home health experience
- Wound care experience
- Compression wrapping experience
- Home health EMR/Kinnser documentation experience
- Experience with geriatric patients or chronic disease management
