What you will do:

Lead and supervise prep cooks, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately

Prepare ingredients such as salsas, marinades, vegetables, meats, and other items according to recipes and specifications

Ensure all food prep meets quality, portion, and presentation standards

Organize and label prepped items for easy access and storage

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and prep area

Monitor inventory and assist with receiving and stocking deliveries

Follow all health and safety regulations and kitchen procedures

Communicate effectively with the back-of-house team and management
