American Traveler is seeking an experienced NICU RN with at least 1 year of NICU experience for a night shift travel contract requiring a MO or Compact RN license.

Academic hospital NICU setting

Patient ratio of 1:3
-
Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30)
-
Every other weekend (EOW) required
-
50% holiday coverage required
-
Floating within cluster required
-
Charting system: Cerner (preferred, not required)
-
Active MO or Compact RN license currently in hand (no pending licenses)

Current BLS and NRP certifications required

Minimum 1 year of NICU experience required

Minimum 2 years of total nursing experience required

NICU Level II experience required
-
Must be able to ambulate, reach, and move objects weighing up to and over 20 lbs

2 professional references required for consideration

First-time travelers will not be considered for this position

Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this position

Candidates residing within 75 miles may be considered at a reduced travel pay rate

Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of consideration

Cerner experience is preferred but not required
