As a Bartender, you will create memorable experiences by crafting quality cocktails, serving beverages with care, and delivering exceptional hospitality in our vibrant beachfront atmosphere. The ideal candidate has a passion for mixology, enjoys engaging with guests, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. About Julene:
Julene will serve as the hotel’s signature restaurant and a cornerstone of its food and beverage program. A refined yet approachable neighborhood restaurant, Julene focuses on familiar American cooking executed at a high level—celebrating dishes people crave, prepared with care and confidence. Designed to feel lively and welcoming, Julene is intended to become a true gathering place for Miami—equally loved by hotel guests and local regulars alike.
Qualifications:
- Prefer 1 year of bartending experience

Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable

Display knowledge of drink recipes, drink and wine merchandising specials

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Read, write and speak English fluently

Working knowledge of drink service and bar terminology

Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction

Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
