Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Leader to support daily warehouse operations and lead a team of warehouse associates. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, promote a safe work environment, and support material deliveries to project sites. Forklift certification is required, and experience operating commercial trucks is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support daily warehouse operations while providing guidance to warehouse associates.
- Receive, inspect, unload, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Organize, store, and maintain warehouse inventory in an efficient and orderly manner.
- Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for delivery and pickup.
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Perform cycle counts and physical inventory to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks and containers in a safe and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Coordinate material deliveries to project sites as required.
- Train and assist new warehouse team members in daily operations and safety procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant warehouse experience is a plus.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- High school diploma-relevant working experience
- Valid forklift certification is required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
