THE ROLE
The Client Solution Analyst is the bridge between PAI3's healthcare clients and our technical delivery teams. You will lead discovery sessions, translate clinical and operational needs into structured solution designs, and serve as the primary point of accountability for client documentation quality.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role. You will work directly with physicians, clinical directors, and practice managers. Your ability to listen carefully, ask the right questions, and earn trust quickly is as important as your analytical skills.

- Partner with AI Engineers and technical leads to align client needs with PAI3's infrastructure

FIVE CORE COMPETENCIES WE EVALUATE
1. Communication — You listen before you speak. You repeat back, validate, and document. Your clients always feel heard.
2. Documentation — You think in process flows. You can turn a verbal description into a clear flowchart and surface the steps clients don't know they're skipping.
3. Healthcare Domain — You speak healthcare natively. You know the difference between eligibility, authorization, and a claim.
4. Analytical Thinking — You design solutions that are modular, scalable, and secure. You think about what happens at 2x volume and when exceptions occur.
5. Integrity — You are on the call two minutes early. You deliver what you promise. Consistency is not a value you aspire to — it is how you operate.
REQUIREMENTS
You Must Have:
- 3+ years of direct experience working in a healthcare setting (clinic, hospital, health system, insurance, or healthcare IT)
- Hands-on experience with at least one EHR/EMR or practice management system (Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, or similar)
- Working knowledge of healthcare operations: scheduling, referrals, eligibility, prior authorization, billing basics
- Demonstrated ability to conduct structured discovery sessions and document findings clearly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Currently located in the Raleigh-Durham-Cary, NC area — relocation assistance is not provided
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Cary, NC — this is non-negotiable
- Eligible to work in the United States
Nice to Have:
- Experience with process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Miro, or similar)
- Background in healthcare IT, health informatics, or RCM operations
- Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to integrate them into analytical workflows
WHO THRIVES AT PAI3
You are not the analyst who arrives with answers. You are the analyst who arrives with questions — and the patience to listen until the full picture emerges.
You think in flowcharts. You speak in process steps. You are on the call before it starts and follow up before anyone has to ask. You believe that trust is earned through consistency, not talent.
If that sounds like you — we want to meet you.
