Job Summary
We are seeking a Health Insurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for insurance sales and a strong background in customer service. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively and is organized. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with new business and servicing our current customer base.
As a Health Insurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their Health Insurance and Medicare needs, providing guidance on various insurance options, and ensuring they make informed decisions regarding their healthcare coverage.
Responsibilities:
- Review coverage and contact clients to discuss their needs
- Educate clients on insurance benefits
- Develop a good rapport with clients and provide them with exceptional service
- Connect with current clients to regularly review any changes
- Assist agent with organizing files, scanning, and paperwork
Skills:
- Professional communication with customers, co-workers, insurance carriers, and other contacts
- Experience managing health insurance policies
- Computer literate
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus (not required)

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
