Entry Level Roofing Sales Representative
Modern Roofing & Restoration is hiring motivated individuals looking to build a high-income career in sales.
This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. Our average contract value is approximately $20,000, with current reps earning $1,500–$2,000 per week and top performers earning $3,000+ per week.

Responsibilities
- Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, networking, and social media
- Run appointments on company-provided and self-generated leads
- Perform roof inspections and document property conditions
- Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process
- Meet with insurance adjusters as needed
- Submit contracts and required documentation
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads and opportunities
- Meet or exceed weekly sales goals
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing roofs
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Basic computer skills
- Sales experience preferred; roofing experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn and follow a proven sales system
